What's included: Short-Term Rental Accommodation registration with NSW Planning. We assess your
eligibility, prepare your application, and submit it. We know the requirements, we know the common mistakes,
and we handle it so you don't have to.
Who this is for: Any NSW property owner operating or planning to operate a short-term rental. This is a legal
requirement — not optional.
What you get: Eligibility assessment, full application preparation, submission on your behalf, guidance on any

Price: $400 – $1,200

up pricing strategy based on your market and season. Getting your property listed and performing one one or across multiple booking platforms. We set up and configure your

Price: 20% – 30% Management Fee

What’s included: Boutique short-term rental co-hosting and full operational management. We handle guest communication, bookings, pricing support, cleaner coordination, maintenance oversight, and owner reporting — with high standards across every stay.
